J.) For payments made with cash, money order, wire-transfer or guaranteed funds, no buyer's premium will be added to the high bid price unless stated in the terms of an individual auction. A 3.5% convievce fee will be added to the high bid price for payments made with credit cards, debit cards, personal or business checks. All buyers will be charged appropriate sales tax unless they provide a completed resale certificate or other appropriate tax-exempt documentation with their payment. K.) Payment Terms
The successful bidder is required to sign a purchase agreement at the close of the auction. If you wish to participate in the auction as an online bidder a deposit of $2,500 with a credit card is required before you will be given authorization to bid using the online platform. The $2,500 deposit will be held in escrow until the completion of the auction. If you are the sucessful bidder the balance of deposit ($1,000) will be due at signing of the purchase agreement. If you are not he sucessful bidder the $2,500 will be returned to credit card on file within 24 hours of close of auction.
